Abstract: This lesson is a multi-day global perspectives unit pertaining to the causes of the Cuban Missile Crisis of 1962. The focus of the plan is to provide an account which represents the events from the citizens’ perspective, as well as to examine the contributing factors that led to the escalation of this historic event.
